Could you suggest any Protestant scholars who have written on the significance of feminine types in the Psalms, the Proverbs, the Prophets, and the historical books of the OT?

Do you have a list of Catholic ones?

Here's what I'd start out with, to study feminine types in the Old Testament:

The Marian Library/International Marian Research Institute, Dayton, and in particular Father Bertrand Buby, S.M.

Taylor Marshall on "(Lady) Wisdom" in the OT

"The Past Her Prelude: Marian Imagery in the Old Testament" by Sandra Miesel

"Our Lady in Type and Prophecy in the Old Testament" by Fr. John A. Hardon

Here's some OT feminine/Marian types, just a quick overview...

And there's a lot of good OT feminine typography commented on by Scott Hahn.

"Mariology" a great anthology edited by Dr. Mark Miravalle

And here's an excerpt from that

Buby, Taylor, Meisel, Hardon, Hahn, Miravalle, I'm getting some of this downloaded on my Kindle. There's a lot: Scripture is so rich.
