Yet Yeshua ministered to prostitutes and tax collectors, the basic dregs of society at that time and He said nothing about denying his Last Supper to anyone.

Christ reached out to them to touch their hearts so they might believe, change, and avail themselves of the salvation of His Cross. Jesus also sat and ate with them in their own homes in trying to teach them, but He NEVER gave them His own Precious Body and Blood of which to partake. He did not institute this Sacraments until the night before His Crucifixion, and even after His Resurrection only his Apostles and Disciples received it from His own Hands. In other words one must be of one body with Him, their Head and Shepherd, and clean of soul as well to be one with Him.

First Epistle Of Saint Paul To The Corinthians. 11:26-29

[26] For as often as you shall eat this bread, and drink the chalice, you shall shew the death of the Lord, until he come. [27] Therefore whosoever shall eat this bread, or drink the chalice of the Lord unworthily, shall be guilty of the body and of the blood of the Lord. [28] But let a man prove himself: and so let him eat of that bread, and drink of the chalice. [29] For he that eateth and drinketh unworthily, eateth and drinketh judgment to himself, not discerning the body of the Lord.

I would ask you, then, to carefully consider that the Holy Sacrament of the Altar is the only one --- as far as I know --- that comes with a blood curse as well as a blessing.

1 Corinthians 27-22
Therefore whoever eats the bread
or drinks the cup of the Lord unworthily
will have to answer
for the body and blood of the Lord.

A person should examine himself,
and so eat the bread and drink the cup.
For anyone who eats and drinks without discerning the body,
eats and drinks judgment on himself.
That is why many among you are ill and infirm,
and a considerable number are dying.

If we discerned ourselves,
we would not be under judgment;
but since we are judged by the Lord,
we are being disciplined
so that we may not be condemned along with the world.
