Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem

Bless the LORD, Oh My Soul,
And let All That is Within Me Bless His Most Holy Name!
Abba, Father,
We Praise and Worship You,
You Alone Are Worthy of Worship and Praise,
For You Alone Are The One True God,
As the Nations Rage So Furiously Against You,
And Against Your People,
We Know That You Are Our Shelter,
Our Strength and our Song,
Our Refuge in Times of Trouble,
Our Rock and Our Redeemer!

We Pray For The Peace of Jerusalem,
According to Your Will and Promise.
We Pray For the People and Leaders of Israel,
that They Will Look to You for the Protection
and Prosperity of their Nation.
We Also Pray For Revival in our own Beloved USA.

We Pray For The Swift and Sure Coming of Messiah,
Blessed Be He,
To Establish His Kingdom,
and Make All Things Right.

Blessings To All Who Visit This Garden of Prayer.

Hallelujah and Amen

Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem

When I visited Israel in 1984, archaeologists were just beginning to dig on the South side of the Temple Mount, exposing magnificent stairs leading up to the Gates of the Temple. Scattered among the broken stones were the remains of the Mikvah Ritual Baths, and other booths and buildings that helped ensure that those who entered the gates had the proper ritual state, correct animals for sacrifice, the right currency, and other appropriate preparations. The stones were huge, and many of them had been "dressed" in the typical Herodian beveled edges. Not only did this affirm the Jewishness of the Temple Mount, it echoed Jesus' prophecy that "Not One Stone Would be standing atop another".

Ethical archaeologists always paint a line where the old ruin ends and the reconstruction begins. In the Temple Mount area, that line is very low to the ground, as the area had been completely destroyed by the Romans in 70AD.

Peter, his brother Andrew, and his fellow fisherman James and John, came from Galilee, a rural area. Their awe at the architecture of Jerusalem was quite understandable, much like Hillbillies seeing New York City for the first time.

However, their awe over man's achievements is the launching pad for Jesus' discourse on the End Of Days...and it is frightening!

The World is still talking about this Prophecy, and Hollywood is still making movies about it, 2000 years later!

Come and Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem, For Our FRiends in Need, For Persecuted Believers, and For Our Beloved Nation.

Blessings To All Who Visit This Garden of Prayer.
