Trying to decode when the second coming of Jesus Christ is going to happen is interesting. But the promise of God is that no man will know.
We can look for some simple signs:
Building of the temple in Jerusalem.
Wars and rumors of wars.
Earth quakes in diverse places.
A nuclear war.
A total break down of global order.
We are not there yet, mainly because there are still people being converted to Christ. If you take the examples of Sodam and the great flood at Noah's time, there were no righteous people left to save before God sent destruction.
The world is going to get a lot worse before the Lord returns.
A wise person would store enough food for at least a year to prepare for the destruction that about to come.
A configuration of stars and planets was written down almost 2000 years ago in a Book about the End of the Age of Man and the coming Kingdom of God. The configuration occurs on September 23-24, 2017. It is the first such “timing” passage in the Book. So you don’t know the day or the hour, but you should really notice that it is close.
If you read the Book of The Revelation, you will see that lots of people get saved out of the Great Tribulation. So it is certain that He will not wait for all that are going to be saved to be saved before the Seven Years of Jacob’s Trouble begins.
Of course one prepares for temporary survival, but you really ought to pray that you will be fond worthy to avoid the wrath to come.
