We attended the first Presanctified Liturgy of Great Lent this morning. It was well attended, as such services go. And I served as a Reader, reading the lesson from Proverbs.
The Presanctified Liturgy will be served this evening in both the Greek and Antiochian parishes.
The Antionchian will be followed by a Lenten covered dish meal—which will demonstrate that fasting does not mean bland and boring.
