I don't HAVE to believe in these relics. They are not DOGMA, so I do have a choice to believe or not. As I said, I'm not big on them but if people want to venerate the elbow of some saint, I don't care.

The Catholic Church makes dogma far more important than bones of a past saint. And, VENERATE does not, I repeat, NOT mean "adore" or "worship."
