I think you are overinterpreting Mr Taylor. The whole theme of his article is, in his words, "this disturbingly odd manner that the son of God becomes incarnate of the virgin Mary, by the Holy Spirit's power.?

If that ain't Trinitarian, I don't know what is.

Merry Christmas, tbpiper!

O Emmanuel, our king and our lawgiver
the hope of the nations and their Savior:
Come and save us, O Lord our God
.

Isaiah had prophesied:

Therefore the Lord himself will give you a sign. Look, the virgin is with child and shall bear a son, and shall name him Emmanuel. Isaiah 7:14

O EMMANUEL!

GLORIFY HIM!

Are you suggesting the Trinity is Jesus, Mary and the Holy Spirit?
