The earth is the Lord’s, and the fullness thereof. Every soul belongs to Him. So, if He told you to kill, it wouldn’t be murder. And if he told you to kill them all, it wouldn’t be genocide.

Reminds me of a quote, and I’m paraphrasing; Good people do good things and evil people do evil things, but in order for good people to do evil things, it takes religion.
