Such sad news. I’m so sorry for this family. May they have comfort that Amanda and her baby are together. My prayers for the Father and the little one.
Ours is not to reason why——————
And may the perp be caught and dealt with. Such evil amongst us!
There is no excuse for this kind of evil!

Compassionate and merciful Father,
We cry to you in sorrow from a fallen world, in which a young mother could be so cruelly abused.
We lift up Amanda, her little child and her unborn baby to Your Almighty power of redemption, grace and healing.
May all of Amanda’s family members fall on their knees and surrender to Your grace and salvation, that their prayers for Amanda will be heard.
Be with her caregivers, we pray, so that a miracle of healing will demonstrate Your power, glory and love.
Surround Amanda with safety as she heals, manifesting all resources to aid her in recovery, including caretaking for her and her children, food, a safe place to rest, adequate funds for medical bills and living expenses, and any types of therapy needed for her or her child witness.
Flush out the one who hurt her, Lord, and bring strength to her and justice to her attacker when she is best able to testify.
In Jesus’ Name we pray,

Holy Father,
On reading further to learn of Amanda’s passing, I lift up prayers for her husband, son and parents.
How cruel this world of sin can be; yet believers in Your grace and mercy have Your Word and grace to bring them solace.
Bring every needed comfort and resource to this grieving young father and pastor, Lord, and the congregation that holds him in their hearts.
May the way be made clear for him both to grieve deeply and to recover fully in Your time.
We entrust Your servant Amanda into Your loving care, and send waves of love and soldarity with her family members.
Again, Father, we pray for justice for this crime, whether here or in eternity, as You see fit to deliver.

We join in prayer to praise Your divine Omnipotence and Omniscience -- You Are everywhere and You know everything! We humbly to ask Your intervention in the search for Amanda's attacker, that the family may see justice.
