So, when your pope tells you to embrace faggotry as an alternative lifestyle, or condone the murder of innocents, why then, you’ll embrace faggotry and murder innocents, just like a good little obedient robot. Scripture be damned!

That doesn’t seem to be a sound plan if your goal is to live together with GOD for eternity.

First of all its not my pope it’s The Pope. Second, he hasn’t asked anyone to embrace “fagotry”. Third, he knows a hell of a lot more about religion than your hick ass.

The Pope is not asking me to distribute communion to anyone. As laity in the pew, it is not for me to contemplate the sins of those looking to receive our Lord. I, first and foremost am called to discern whether my soul is in a state of grace worthy for Him to enter. Nor does a priest, require the date of one’s last confession before receiving the eucharist. It is a matter of personal spiritual responsibility.

Remember also that the reason to deny communion to someone is not as some form of punishment or retribution against sins committed but as a protection for the person in question. Receiving the holy eucharist in an outward state of rebellion against God is a serious matter that jeopardizes one’s salvation. This was the plight of Judas at the last supper.

It truly is possible to love the sinner and hate the sin in both the case of adultery and homosexual acts. First, it must be remembered that sexual intercourse is always wrong outside a sacramental marriage regardless of the genders involved. The heterosexual couple is just as guilty of sin as the homosexual couple if they are unmarried. The goal of Christ’s church isn’t to lock its door to the sinners but to convince them to repent as we see many times throughout the Gospels. First, a relationship must be built so that people learn to love Christ and once this relationship is treasured, only then will they be willing to repent.

It is somewhat fascinating to me that people of Protestant denominations who do not believe that the Eucharist is the actual body and blood of Jesus have opinions on whom should be in line for communion on Sundays ( or any day for that matter) Christ commands us to love one another and to pray for the salvation of all souls, not to take to the internet to condemn those whom we know not.
