Why is this even necessary? This is already Church teaching.
Chastity until marriage (the real thing, not some gay sham “marriage” created by a few power-hungry judges) is an excellent choice. Not everyone has enough virtue and will to make that decision, but it is the right decision. For the rest of us, it is nice that we are still forgiven.
Now who’s being a Bedroom Czar? Isn’t this the group always saying ‘Stay out of my bedroom and my body!!!” Yet, they wish to legislate the personal actions of free men and women. Keep digging.

Absolutely. The Church has been swamped by Freudianism, which means that genital sex is all.
There have been many very, very happy and productive people in the history of this planet who haven’t been sleeping with (euphemism) anybody at all.
Catholics (I’m one) forget, very easily, that premarital or otherwise illicit sexual contact by heterosexual people is equally condemned......no, you cannot fool around with Susie and refuse Bruce and George the same freedom......
