I think Pope Francis senses that Mr. Trump is pretty much the next President of the USA, that is why he had slapped him.

2. disease
3. hatred of the American way of life
4. lack of morals
5. refusal to integrate
6. immediate money and “gifts” from the welfare system
7. special rights based upon skin color
8. free medical care
9. free housing
and............there are so many, many more!

The major events and crisis occurring around the world this past week are barely being reported to us.
To paraphrase a current expression, the papal visit is sucking all the oxygen out of the room.
As for me, I'll be most happy when things return to normal tomorrow.....I'm too poped to pop.

Exactly. Today the Pope is going to visit prisoner. He is not one to miss any photo ops. The most trivial of activities by him have been reported while news of importance to us has been ignored. The coverage has become ridiculous and boring. I wonder what the ratings will show.
Are those actual tweets from Trump? If so, wow. He is right on target. As John Podhoretz noted the other day, this pope is nothing more than another leftist political pundit at this point and deserves to be treated as such.
That is how I think he would answer if this were a political opponent and not the Pope to 1.7 billion Catholics.
I think he was inviting 40 million of America’s illegals to Rome. That is really generous of him.
The media is in an all-out war against Donald Trump. Have you watched Fox lately. It’s round-the-clock negative directed toward Donald Trump.
If he spoke about sin and Christ and repentance and glorifying God, and following the traditions and doctrines of the gospel, they'd turn the mic off faster then you can say "Jesus Christ is Lord."
I remember when JPII came to the United States in 1987 and he and President Reagan spoke of communism, the media was furious. I don't recall if the media broadcast this address by Pope Saint John Paul II, but I kind of doubt it.
Because he is the GOP frontrunner, it is a done deal.
