Those are occult symbols. Sun worship symbols. I suspect that the sun would cause a shadow of that obelisk on a particular day(s) to ‘touch’ the pregnant dome in what some occultict would call a holy day.
The odd thing isnt that. What’s ‘odd’ is the Vatican also has a ‘pregnant’ dome building and obelisk.
