$2500 seems like a drop in a bucket and it is money for food they are purchasing with it, right? The church making a donation to feed gender confused homeless youth seems like a gesture of goodwill toward fellow man. Not condoning their acts but showing ‘love’ enough to provide food.

As I said in post #1, that food can be provided to people -- even the same people -- via other conduits in downtown SLC...where the Mormons have set up their HQ.

As I also said there:

"So, a sexually confused teen goes to the Utah Pride Center to initially simply receive food from its pantry. But the center utilizes the food distribution staging as an "outreach op" to further reinforce false worldviews and contribute to young people's (potential) spiritual bondage to sexual sin. What? Is the Mormon Church so naive to think that the pride center believes its only "agenda" when it distributes food is to feed others?"

If you somehow are also naive enough to believe that all this "pride center" is "offering" is food, freepmail me 'bout some alligator-infested swampland that could make for a great "thrills" park.

Maybe they are naive. I don’t need $2,500 donation to see it though.

2.5 million would raise red flags

From an article, they were approached and asked to donate perishable food from the mormon storehouse as they can’t (the pride center) get that stuff from the Utah food bank.

It looks like the pride center gets other food from the Utah Food bank.

so if anybody donates there( ie other believers at the Utah Food Bank) that money trickles down to LGwhatevers anyway!
Suckers!

They didn’t just volunteer the money. They were approached for perishable food and they gave them a check, after I suspect, some debate . I guess they could have denied the request and made some others happy for a minute.

Scripture says ask, and you shall receive.

Amazing what He can give us when we apply that to our own lives.
Sometimes he even uses the ‘ungodly’ to teach us lessons.
