The Mormons use a similar slur, calling anyone who opposes their religion a ‘hater’. Do you really want to find yourself making as baseless an accusation?

Thanks for your support, verga, but it is fruitless to engage in discussions with these Protestants (I don't know any of their denominations) who simply reject persons if beliefs do not conform precisely to theirs. As Catholics, we know the "big tent" imagery of Chesterton to be accurate: the Catholic Church is the overarching truth, and to the extent that a sect or denomination or different faith aligns with the Catholic Church in any way to any extent, then to that extent are they in the truth. Because of this, we can stand shoulder to shoulder with others in these spheres of commonality.

But our non-Catholic FR associates, at least nearly all of the ones I have had any occasion to engage in discussion with, reject the Catholic Church in totality, cutting off any possibility in sharing anything regarding our belief in Jesus Christ.

Rejection - only rejection from them. I give up.
