I think Cupp never got what Cheney / C Rice discussed and that was let’s move in the direction of Civil Unions at the State Level since this was a “contract” and prety much all “contract” law is deferred to the States. With Obamacare destroying all our “contracts” since they weren’t good enough ( their words, and it was about control lets not forget that ) IMHO this edict from the alchemist in black robes is a natural progression. I don’t know if Fr-er’s will agree, but IMHO yesterday was a bigger hit the 10th Amendment than any of our “Wizards of Smarts” will admit and I haven’t seen Charles K, Kristol, etc discuss it....
