I confess to being a bit sloppy there by using the word "collective." Didn't really mean it in the socialist sense, just the mind of (the majority of) the nine-person group.
thus far....its not ...a collective...and hopefully won;t ever become one.
WHen Obama leaves office....the chances that the SCOTUS will ever go nearly full collectivist...will vanish.
