That is disingenuous and illogical. Since zI am born of fallen man and woman and hence carry originall sin it is illogical to suggest that that is participation in my redemption

Don’t talk about my mother that way. She would be GREATLY offended.

Without my mother I would not be born and therefore would not need to be saved from my sins. My mother was a sinner (she died) and she too needed redemption. This comparison does not work. I’m surprise catholics buy into it.

I think you've got the cart before the horse here. One would not need redemption if Original Sin, the unavoidable proclivity to commit sins, was not transmitted with and inseparable from, the replication of her DNA, would it?
