Death must come before resurrection. There are only two deaths and the second one hasn't happened yet.(Revelation 20:14)

While that is not at all true,

1Th_4:17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

Spiritually we must die, not necessarily physically...

Rom_6:6 Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.

Apparently you are not at all familiar with God's instruction manual, the bible...

The second death is only for the damned.

Revelation 20:6

Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.

While that is not at all true,

I believe that the first death is physical. Some people contend that Adam died spiritually when he ate of the tree. If that were true then spiritual death would be first and physical death would be second. What do you do with Revelation 20:14. There are only two deaths mentioned in scripture.

Spiritually we must die, not necessarily physically...

We need a good definition of death and resurrection. If you don't die, you do not need a resurrection. Thus the dead are raised and the living are changed. That is why we call it the rapture and not the resurrection. The resurrection applies only to the dead. Since it is appointed unto man once to die, there is no requirement to die spiritually and some may not die physically.
1 Cor 15:45-46 And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit. Howbeit that was not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and afterward that which is spiritual.
Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him

The old man is Adam and it is physical death spoken of here. Notice the order, natural always comes before spiritual. This is illustrated in scripture many times. First Adam then Christ. Cain then Able, Ishmael then Issac. Zerah then Pharez The nearer kinsman before Boaz. The Old Testament and the New Testament. Genesis gives the history of the natural man and ends in a coffin in Egypt. The gospels give the history of the spiritual man and ends in the ascension. There are many other examples, you know that the first birth is natural the second birth is spiritual. Perhaps death and resurrection follow the same pattern. I don’t offer proof, just evidence.

Apparently you are not at all familiar with God's instruction manual, the bible...

Seems rude.
