Stop telling Catholics what we believe, that is mind reading. Really?
From the same dude that just posted...
Anyone with an IQ above room temperature knows this.
You can't make this stuff up!

Preach it! And not only the authors, the Freeper posters as well...I kind of enjoy tweaking them... Let us give you another testimony about Jesus!
We're Christians; TOO!

Breath we might need for something important like, well pretty much anything that doesn't involve prots. Raise the rent.
That'll get a LOT of us out of your mind.

I read that verse and think that the angels are watching what God is doing, not what the church is doing.
Their eyes are always upon Him, but the Son of the Father in Heaven has His eyes on His Church.
Various groups of men have hijacked the definition of the Church of Lord Jesus Christ so that nowadays many cannot readily identify His Church on Earth.
And yet, we are known by our faithful love for Him our Savior, the Good Shepherd, and by our Christlike love one for another.
We know Whose we are.

Regarding the discussions here, yes it frustrating but we are called to correct fellow believers and if we dont, it is just as bad of sin and as teaching them to sin. 2 Timothy 3:16
All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness,

Even though I lean toward the Arminian; I sorely miss Calvin.
And his little tiger; too.

...actually, I’m not 100% sure I correctly got your gist....

“If you kept this verse in context you would understand the meaning of what He was saying in John 6.”
I wasn’t even thinking of John 6. Isn’t that an example of “mind-reading” on your part?
To: vladimir998
I wasnt even thinking of John 6.
Too bad.
What are you not even thinking about now?

“That catholics don’t view the OT as actually telling stories of real people and real events but rather view it as symbolic is telling....and sad at the same time.”
eagleone, so St. Paul was wrong? Galatians 4:24. The simple fact that even “real people” have symbolic significance as St. Paul knew. That doesn’t make them unreal, or any less real. It just means they have symbolic significance.

“Yup; that Auggie was so stupid...”
No, he wasn’t the one who was stupid and neither am I. Keep guessing. Maybe you’ll get it.

Therefore, it must be asserted that the angels are instructed through the church, that is, through the apostolic preaching
in such a way that they are not taught by the apostles, but in them
Actually the elect will JUDGE angels
1 Co 6:3Do you not know that we will judge angels?

I loved the snowman ones, and the one where Hobbs was lost in the woods and the parents were calling for him.
