Prayer ping!
Prayers up for the folks in Canada who are marching for life in Ottawa and other places today! G-d bless our neighbors to the North!
Hi! I could only fit 4 topics, so could you please ping folks you know will pray for this intention? Thank you!
Heavenly Father, in Thy love for us, protect against the wickedness of the devil, those helpless little ones to whom Thou hast given the gift of life. Touch with pity the hearts of those women pregnant in our world today who are not thinking of motherhood. Help them to see that the child they carry is made in Thy image - as well as theirs - and is made for eternal life. Dispel their fear and selfishness, and give them hearts to love their babies, to give them birth and all the needed care that a mother can give. We ask this through Jesus Christ, Thy Son, Our Lord, Who lives and reigns with Thee and They Holy, Good and Life Giving Spirit, now and forever and unto the ages of ages. Amen.
So beautifully said! Thank you very much, and may God bless you always!
The March on Parliament Hill attracted 25,000 people, which is far more than most protests there attract, yet there was nary a word in the Canadian MSM about it. The censorship on this “settled issue” would make even the North Korean media blush.
On the other hand, I'm with you on the MSM- it's a disappointment to hear. I remember back in 1990 when the unrest in Yugoslavia began, "The National" was right on top of it from the very beginning, when it was scattered rioting around their forthcoming elections. It was at least a year before Peter Jennings on ABC picked up on it. The other two networks, zilch.
I grew up near the border and we always used to check out the CBC- especially after my Dad installed an antenna on the roof, and the picture got clearer, lol. Sorry to hear the bias has spread. Thanks for responding, Neighbor, and God bless you!
