It sounds more like the Vatican is saying it's about time you guys get real about the Catholic religion and Izlam...
It's pretty clear to me that the majority of Catholicism agrees with the Vatican's positions
So what then??? Mary's going to go over there and whip them??? Or Jesus will react if enough people commit their lives to Mary???
