If the precedent stands that Bibles can be handed out, then there is no way to stop Qurans from being similarly handed out.

Unfortunately, like most of the Constitution, the 1st Amendment has been interpreted to mean that teacher passing out Bibles in a county school is somehow the same as Congress establishing a religion.
