Oh, there's plenty of guilt to go around: the Jewish leadership, the Roman establishment, the Church, the State, common people (ordinary soldiers spending an agreeable evening torturing a prisoner), even that serving girl who tried to blow the whistle on Peter in the courtyard. And of course the mob, the LoFo folks, sinners and the self-righteous, even people who had been healed and fed by His miracles.
