If it’s one of the ones I’m thinking of, it is regarded as a form of God’s judgment carried out against people. That kind of makes sense because they (before the aid of modern technology) could live out their lives and reproduce no more.
The NAZIs are, indeed, gone but they took a lot of Jews and Russians and Europeans of all sorts with them. Killed a lot of American soldiers, too.
Jesus did not advocate treating sinners poorly. If I knew someone were homosexual and they simply wanted to buy a product, they can buy it. Their homosexuality problem is between them and God. However, if they want the business to participate in THEIR activities to the degree that it makes it look like the business approves of and condones homosexuality, no. Does that make it clear?
Big difference though. Americans are ARMED and LOADED.
Obama’s people have evinced a determination to end beef raising due to Global Warming concerns.
Hmmm... seems I remember him being pretty harsh to the Pharisees and the Sadducees as well as the temple merchants (especially them).
Business that do not discriminate do the queer crowd no good at all
I was thinking the same thing, that if gays go into a place they have researched as being Christian, and then try and recruit them, and the business owners said ‘Fine, whatever you want’, I think they’d slink away in confusion, appalled at the prospect of getting nothing more than a cake or some pizza. No big media story there. No idiotic Northeast governors calling for travel boycotts. No sports figures, or Hollywood starlets running their mouths. Just a cake with two guys on top, or some cheesy pizza. Not a good deal at all...
Was Jesus harsh because they refused service to homosexuals?
Does that make it clear?
It is not I to whom it must be made clear; I simply called your attention to the fact that someone has been arguing on another thread that your position is hypocritical. This may seem incredible to you (and to me as well, as your point is of course reasonable and crystal clear) but, it is there...
I can tell you right now that Muslim and Gay bakers will never be held to the same standards they demand in others, no prosecutors will file those charges.
My Cedar Rapids did it right when Marilyn Manson wanted to come to town right after the school shooting in Littleton, CO.
His shows had been picketed and such, but when he came to CR, christians came from all over. Handed out free soda, pizza, and paid for parking as the concert-goers left. Offered to pray with them on their way in and out.
Extra police where everywhere in case picketers clashed with concert-goers, but were not needed.
Manson was on stage for about an hour and then got upset and left the stage...never to return. Search for ‘marilyn manson cedar rapids’ and there are stories out there about it...
A bible verse on the cake plates and a $100 PER PLATE charge for any broken or damaged plates.
Sure, they’ll whine about anything and everything: but they don’t have a legal leg to stand on if you’re donating the proceeds to the Family Research Council or Courage/EnCourage. Your donations are your own to give as you see fit.
If a judge finds that the Christian business has ‘no right’ to refuse, then this opens up the door to all kinds of racist and unethical violations- A white person can then go into an all black bakery and demand that the bakery bake a cake depicting a black man being hung
Or a muslim can go into a jewish bakery and demand that they bake him a cake depicting Jews being burned alive
or... on and on it goes-
They can also demand that these bakeries and eateries cater their racist events
Judges have ALREADY ruled that Christian businesses must violate their religious beliefs- bakeries were fined, photography businesses were ordered to do the weddings, printing services were ordered to print material objectionable to their religious beliefs I believe
Again, where does it stop?

Sounds like standing up to the GayStapo can have its rewards.
Exactly!
Make that two of us.
Financially. Emotionally I imagine this has taken quite a toll on them. And it isn't over.
