No the “immaculate conception” addresses Mary being born without sin


I believe the phrase means different things to different people. What it means to me is that Mary conceived a son via her egg being fertilized directly by the spirit of God.

What it means to me is that Mary conceived a son via her egg being fertilized directly by the spirit of God.

And that any part of Mary's haploid cell could be half of the cells of Jesus' body only if they were as pure as Eve's, before The Fall, thus free of original sin and destined to live for ever. Therefore, she could not possibly experience death, could she? Even though Jesus did experience the parting of His soul and spirit from His flesh and His blood.
