I don’t see where you get “disrespecting my friends” from.
I said there are people who are more worth our worry and pinged you to them.
Your choice to ignore that at will.
I got that point, and said it’s not a zero sum game, one can be supportive of friends with cancer and still not be outraged at a woman’s choice to be proactive in potentially preventing her own.
