You are our Father God. How wonderful is Your will and plan for us. We purpose to keep our eyes on You and to seek first Your Kingdom and then trust You to take care of the other details of our lives. This is our peace.
Because You told us, we keep asking, searching and knocking. Our trust in Your Word tells us that it is given to us, we find and doors are opened. We ask for Your good gifts for every member of our Armed Forces. Show them the power of Your love and grace by sanctifying them spirit, soul and body. Give wisdom and direction to their leaders so that each order given to them is according to Your plan and purpose. Let that same grace be shown to their family members. We pray that You would preserve marriages and families among them. You are the Great Reconciler.
For those in authority in our Nation, we pray that each one would come to the knowledge of the truth that there is only one God and one mediator between God and men. Let the fear of God be understood as a result of Your grace. This, too, is a good gift.
