The church did just fine for 1,600 years....then along came the revolutionaries....

Almost exactly 100 years later, in 1517, Martin Luther nailed his famous 95 Theses of Contention (a list of 95 issues of heretical theology and crimes of the Roman Catholic Church) into the church door at Wittenberg.

The prophecy of Hus had come true!

Martin luther may have had a legitimate gripe, but if you belong to an organization that you would like to see some changes in, you seek REFORM....reform is within. If you revolt, you do not change the original organization at all. The colonists did not try to reform England, they revolted and started their own country, as did Luther....new government, new rules, reinterpretation of existing scripture, editing sections out of the Bible, and if you keep an eye on what's happening now, the Presbeterians are about to O.K. same sex marriage....

How's that revolution working out for you???
