Gay Roman Catholic priest admits watching child porn film

A GAY Roman Catholic priest on trial for sex abuse has admitted being shown a child porn film by a close friend.

Tony McSweeney, 68, was father at St Peter’s Roman Catholic Church in Eastwood Road North, Eastwood, before being moved from the church in 1998, just months after his cleaner found pornographic video tapes at his home.

McSweeney denies molesting three youngsters at Grafton Close Children’s Home in Hounslow, West London, between 1979 and 1981.

He admitted being shown a child sex porn film by close friend and care home manager John Stingemore, 72, and broke down in tears as he recalled his gay and S&M pornography collection at London’s Southwark Crown Court yesterday.

The Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity of our Lord Jesus Christ truly present in the Holy Eucharist is under the accidental properties, the forms of bread and wine, not flesh.

It is cannibalism in intent and according to Rome and how you just defined it ...cannibalistic

Cannibals believe they take on the nature of the ones they eat just like RC's believe they benefit from the wafer.. yes it is a cannibalistic belief system

First, you called it cannibalism, now you call it cannibalism in intent. It’s neither. Jesus didn’t try to stop those who walked away from Him after His Eucharistic teaching and explain their misunderstanding like He did Nicodemus about being born again, or Peter wondering if someone had given him something to eat after Jesus said that He had food they didn’t know about or when He plainly and bluntly clarified for the apostles that Lazarus had died when they didn’t understand he had.

Scripture says those who walked away from Jesus after His Eucharistic teaching went back to their former way of life. I find that so many Catholics and Christians who don’t get the strength that comes from the Holy Eucharist become like the pagans that surround them, defending birth control, abortion, and one evil after another.

Again, we’re not chewing on Jesus’ Body like cannibals starving to death or zombies, we receive His Real Body and Blood under the accidental properties of bread and wine.

>>Scripture says those who walked away from Jesus after His Eucharistic teaching went back to their former way of life.<<

He also said only those who the Father called would stay. If Jesus ate blood and taught eating blood He was sinning.

The two astounding miracles Jesus works in John 6 just before He gives His teaching on the Eucharist, the multiplication of the loaves and the walking on water, are put there precisely to prepare the reader for the third and much greater miracle of the Eucharist, not a symbol. The God Who multiplied the fish and loaves to feed the bodies of the multitudes also feeds the souls of the multitudes with the Bread of His Body. If He can change a little food to a lot, why can’t He change bread and wine into His Body and Blood with the forms of bread and wine remaining? Jesus walks on water to show that He has Power over nature and can do anything He wants to it. He walks upon it because He reigns over it (”All power on Heaven and earth has been given to me.” -Matthew 28:18).

I paraphrase one of the early saints on the Eucharist: “If God be God, what’s the problem?”

The problem is that He would have been sinning by eating blood and causing others to do so.

he higher up gays in charge, or straights - bishops/archbishops - enabling/covering up for them would just transfer them somewhere else, until they screwed up there, and had to transfer them again to another unsuspecting parish.

The act of "enabling/covering up for them" is the same as committing the act of pedophilia

Damn the lot of them..

** just months after his cleaner **

Priests get a cleaner? What’s up with that?

Yeah, they take a "vow of poverty" then live a life of never having to worry about paying their bills, someone does their cooking, cleaning, laundry, home upkeep, and most everything else for them. Poverty not so much.

This is one of those reasons that Catholics question your knowledge about what the Church teaches.

Diocesan priests don’t make vows of poverty, chastity and obedience. Religious make vows. A diocesan priest makes three promises at ordination: to pray the Liturgy of the Hours, obedience to his bishop and to live a celibate life.

You’re thinking about the evangelical counsels...

I'm not sure what you're saying there. I want my priests to have cooks and cleaners because I need them doing spiritual things and not taking out the trash. Not because taking out the trash isn't important but because I can take out the trash, I can't say Holy Mass. I can cook but I can't hear Confessions. I can mow the lawn but I can't give the Last Rites.

I TOTALLY agree with you.

miracle of the Eucharist, not a symbol.

Christ Himself becomes the Passover sacrifice. The sacrificial lamb for Passover is eaten.

Yeah, yeah, yeah. It’s the old some do, some don’t, depends on what order they belong to etc etc etc. And they don’t take vows they only make promises. Oy vey!!

It’s a very important distinction and it shows Catholics how little you understand about Catholicism. It’s as if some Frenchy were to try to lecture us on the Constitution and pointed out that US senators stood for election every two years.

Then when he said something about it not mattering which house senators were in we’d all laugh ourselves silly.

No connection, whatsoever, between being a homo and being a pedophile.

None.

Yea that the vows the "nuns" take.. the priests can be as unchaste and wealthy as they choose

We see that al around us...

BTW some of us were "cradle catholics" .. raised and educated by the church's propaganda

So yea we know what Rome teaches..
