#1 Moon phases have nothing to do with the weekly Sabbath (Six days shalt thou labor but upon the seventh ye shall rest). They have to do with festival days.
#2 When the weekly Sabbath happened to land on a festival day it was called a “high day”. See John 19:31.
#3 If you worship on Sunday instead of Gods appointed Sabbath, then you really are following Rome.
Cheers.

The march on Jericho began on the first day of the month.

That is what the new moon day is also called.. the first day of he month.

The book of jasher references this March on Jericho.
(A book referenced in the old testament)

New moon day - 1st day of month - 1st day of march
Days 2 of month -2nd day of march
Day 3 of month - 3rd day of march
Day 4 of month - 4th day of march
Day 5 of month - 5th day of march
Day 6 of month - 6th day of march
Day 7 of month - 7th day and bloodiest day
Day 8 of month - 7th Day of week, Sabbath - no March

It confirms ezekiel’s template that will occur in the millennium.

The first event after 40 years in the wilderness learning His calendar and we have to believe He would cause them to war on His Sabbath, essentially negating what Israel had just learned?

His New Moons are appointed times..
And the count to His days start from each new moon.. and the 15th day is Holy every month.. and high in the 1st and 7th months..

And when Passover lands on a Monday, it means it is the 14th day from the new moon..
And the next day , the 15th begins the Feast.. and the 16th is the first day of the week in every month..

And that is why the Savior was raised the third day..
14th- laid His life down
15th- rested, even in death, on the Sabbath
16th - raised on the first day of week..

Monday Passover means a Wednesday resurrection.. unless we want to question why passover appears to ‘float’ on the Pope’s calendar..it appears to float because the moon actually does play a role in timekeeping- just like scripture says..

His calendar is confirmed in the very life of the Savior..

His new moons were appointed times (look in your concordance ) and they are used to number the days of each of His months (not just the months with ‘feasts in them..

The New moon was a feast, every month..the first day that started the count of days..

That is why scripture doesnt say ‘in the 265th day of the year’ ...
