I was tempted to ask where the next Pope would sit, if Rome is overrun and Constantinople is gone. I don’t think Avignon will work anymore, either. Moscow, maybe, as a “temporary” exile, like the Dalai Lama?
An interesting conundrum. The muslims have infested Europe, so that rules out any possible refuge. Certain countries like Australia, are purely secularist. China, Russia, Africa? No! The US? Not while Obama is president. You have definitely hit on a problem though I imagine the Vatican has some plan in place, unbeknownst to us.
