Catholics: the Blessed Sacrament is the heart of TRUTH.
Do not let these PROTESTING PROTESTANTS, hard at work since 1517A.D., distress you. The ONE TRUE CATHOLIC CHURCH was celebrating HOLY MASS for 1500 years BEFORE the PROTEST REVOLUTION (you know, fundamental transformation and all that?)
Catholics: immerse yourselves in JOHN 6 - there is the TRUTH, irrefutable by any man.
Blessed be Jesus in The Most Holy Sacrament of the Altar!

Blessed be Jesus in The Most Holy Sacrament of the Altar!
Since the Father in Heaven has blessed Jesus of Nazareth by raising Him from the dead and ascended Him to the Right Hand of all Authority, given Him the Name that is above all names, and to which every knee shall bow and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord...since Almighty God the Father has blessed Him and His Name so highly...what is this sacrament of the alter to which you refer?
(Jesus has risen from the dead!!! It has already happened.)

Catholics: immerse yourselves in JOHN 6 - there is the TRUTH, irrefutable by any man.As a Christian I encourage this. Read the whole chapter of John 6 i context.
I am the bread of life; he who comes to Me shall not hunger, and he who believes in Me shall never thirst. John 6:35
Truly, truly, I say to you, he who believes has eternal life. John 6:47
Belief in Him is the key to understanding this passage.

Every Mass is a miracle. The Eucharist is our daily bread, our manna come down from heaven. Praise Jesus, body, blood, soul and divinity in the Holy Eucharist. Just as Christ, in a moment of time and at a particular place, assumed our humanity, we at a moment in time and at a particularly place partake in Christ’s divinity.
