This probably happens to you a lot because you do not sound like a Catholic. You don't seem to accept the teachings of the Church, and make up your own beliefs.

No. Only by a few fanatics on this website. I get along very well with my brother Knights, fellow volunteers at church as well as with all the clergy members. And I’m tired of being told that I don’t sound like Catholic.
I know SOME Catholics who think that they’re more Catholic than others because they attend Mass only in Latin. Or others who receive Holy Communion on the tongue instead of the hand. And on down the list. That is what I find REALLY annoying. Those who claim to be superior to others.
What we know about Jesus’s teachings come from the New Testament. That’s why we have Bible readings at every Mass.
