No. It would be like firing a gun in such a way that you know that if a person is standing there it will kill them.

But there might not be a person at all. How will you prove harm to a person that may not even exist and if they do exist, it is almost impossible to prove it?
In an abortion, we know the person exists because they are the target. A doctor verifies their existence before the procedure.
