Mary was more than important, then and now. Read the Gospels, for heaven’s sake. Or, better still, ask Jesus.
“Hail Mary, full of grace, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen.”
Was St. Peter “unimportant” too?
She was obviously so unimportant nobody even kept track of where she lived her last days on earth. No so important.
