My mom, Bryson City. I spent my childhood summers there with grandpa and uncles. They would have preferred I stay Baptist rather than turn out Methodist, but I played football, hunted, fished, and played baseball, so I had the true religion. :>)

My sister went that route too. It got her husband attending a church again.
Me? Started out as a child in an Independent Baptist (aren't they all?) and have landed at a non-demoninational Bible Church where most members use the ESV. Still carrying my big-old honkin' leather-bound NKJV stuffed with bulletins and notes.
