Yep. Today they are mostly ARABS and their official language is Arabic. Caucasians all of them. Been there twice.
A few Nubians sneak up the Nile once in a while, mostly for work. It didn't LOOK like there were many mixtures of the Caucasian Egyptians and VERY black Nubians.
