When Pope Frances realizes the number of Catholics is dropping and the money is also dropping, he will change his mind or someone in Rome will change his mind.

Francis is working hard on gaining new followers. No questions are asked, and no commitments are required. Anything goes.

“no commitments are required. Anything goes.”

That’s not true.

“Let us not be afraid of life commitments, commitments that take up and concern our entire life! ... We are victims of a trend that pushes us to be provisional ... Temporary things seduce us. ... as though we wanted to stay adolescents. There is little charm in staying adolescents, and this for life! ...
Dear brothers and sisters, how difficult it is [to] take a final decision in our time. ... there are those who say that marriage is out of fashion. ... In a culture of relativism and the ephemeral, many preach the importance of ‘enjoying’ the moment. They say that it is not worth making a lifelong commitment, making a definite decision, ‘forever,’ because they do not know what tomorrow will bring. I ask you instead to be revolutionaries, I ask you to swim against the tide; yes, I am asking you to rebel against this culture that sees everything as temporary and that ultimately believes you are incapable of responsibility, that believes you are incapable of true love. In this way, our life will be fruitful! And this is freedom: to have the courage to make these decisions with generosity.”
-Pope Francis, Address, May 4, 2013; Address, World Youth Day, July 28, 2013
