Why struggle?

Sodomy is disgusting. Sodomy is wrong.

There’s no struggle in my church. What’s wrong is wrong.

I don’t have a log on. Does the story say anything worthwhile? Does it even have a tiny clue of what an Evangelical is?

No grappling. God is still in heaven and He still rules the world — the same yesterday, today, and forever. He has spoken and given quite a dramatic display of His view on the subject.

There are those who think they can replace His authority with their own. He will judge them.

In other words, let's focus on the dissenting minority.

NO, we can never accept this, but we do accept people. God never changes, His word never changes, and that means that redemption through Christ never changes, it is available to all, even the homosexual!

IT IS NOT MARRIAGE! God is Grace and Love, but He is also Holy. Come quickly Lord Jesus!

Repent. Go and sin no more. This is what Jesus taught. This will never change.

I attend a black church and the pastor has no problem calling sin a sin. A few Sundays ago the guest bishop condemned abortion. There were loud amens to this.

The writer of this author wishes for the headline to be right.

Pretty useless thread. I have no idea what the author thinks.

I do know what God thinks about the subject. I guess that’s all that matters.

The headline was about gays, not abortion. I don't think abortion directly pertains to gays, since their kind of sex is sterile.

But like everybody, I can't comment much more than that because we can't post any more of the WSJ content.

We are witnessing Genesis 19 come alive right in our midst.

Nothing new under the sun. They will surround your house and demand you comply with their demands or force themselves on you.

Today they do it via the courts and activist judges.

Tomorrow they do it via raw force.

This is where it goes, I promise you.

As long as we are gonna “ renegotiate the contract” why don’t we throw the thing open? Coveting, anyone? Theft? Certainly deceit should be optional. False witness. That one we can surely put to rest.
