Nah....that came from God....to Moses and the Jews long before the catholic church laid claim. Besides I suspect your right God’s word is seen as a “document” by many catholics. When it is clearly His written word to us to be read and understood as from Him and used by Him for our benefit.

Catholics have their Pomp, Ceremony, Necromantic Practices, Traditions, Rituals, Superstitions and Ancestor Worship.
They’ve got no time nor energy for The Word.
Still, leaving Him out has left an empty place. Fortunately there’s a handy Pagan Goddess to take His place.
