Jesus could not contradict Himself. Indeed, concur 1. Leviticus 11: 41-45:

41And every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth shall be an abomination; it shall not be eaten. 42Whatsoever goeth upon the belly, and whatsoever goeth upon all four, or whatsoever hath more feet among all creeping things that creep upon the earth, them ye shall not eat; for they are an abomination. 43Ye shall not make yourselves abominable with any creeping thing that creepeth, neither shall ye make yourselves unclean with them, that ye should be defiled thereby. 44For I am the LORD your God: ye shall therefore sanctify yourselves, and ye shall be holy; for I am holy: neither shall ye defile yourselves with any manner of creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. 45For I am the LORD that bringeth you up out of the land of Egypt, to be your God: ye shall therefore be holy, for I am holy.

3. Acts 10:9-16

9On the morrow, as they went on their journey, and drew nigh unto the city, Peter went up upon the housetop to pray about the sixth hour: 10And he became very hungry, and would have eaten: but while they made ready, he fell into a trance, 11And saw heaven opened, and a certain vessel descending unto him, as it had been a great sheet knit at the four corners, and let down to the earth: 12Wherein were all manner of fourfooted beasts of the earth, and wild beasts, and creeping things, and fowls of the air. 13And there came a voice to him, Rise, Peter; kill, and eat. 14But Peter said, Not so, Lord; for I have never eaten any thing that is common or unclean. 15And the voice spake unto him again the second time, What God hath cleansed, that call not thou common. 16This was done thrice: and the vessel was received up again into heaven.

There is no contradiction between these two verses. Leviticus is operating under the OT Law and Acts is operating under the New Covenant.

Same reason we don't have to continually offer sacrificies or see a priest fo the forgiveness of sin in the NT as they had to in the OT.

Christ is the one time sacrifice for all our sins....past, present and future.

There is no contradiction between these two verses.

Of course there is a contradiction between the passages, your rationalization notwithstanding. A better answer on your part would be the First Council of Jerusalem, with the Jewish Apostles exercising the keys of the kingdom of heaven, ruled that the Gentiles, ("Now, you should listen to this, 'cause this concerns you.") are not subject to all the commandments from the law of Moses (with four exceptions).
