> Should a Muslim be fined for praying in the end zone after scoring a TD?

I don’t think so. This is a nation with a Constitution that clearly says “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof”. With all the beheadings or threats recently by followers of Islam lately its easy to understand the anger but as Christians we would be hypocrites to not let the player do something we see Christian players do all the time when they raise their finger to the sky and look up.

The National Football League is not Congress. They can make any rules they want regarding what can and cannot be done on the field.

Rule 12, Section 3, Article 1 (d) states 'players are prohibited from engaging in any celebrations or demonstrations while on the ground.' However, the officiating mechanic in this situation is not to flag a player who goes to the ground as part of religious expression, and as a result, there should have been no penalty on the play."
