I fail to understand why folks find it necessary to undermine others beliefs. How is posting the history of the doctrine of the assumption of Mary *undermining others' beliefs*?
IF a belief is wrong, do you not agree that it should be corrected?
Or do you think that people should have to go along believing something that is not true?

Not at all. If you believe something to not be true, do what your conscience tells you. If I think that your belief is ‘wrong’, it is none of my business.
