If it says it has “100% of the RDA of Vitamin C” for example, is it possible it doesn’t?

Best to know what the RDA is for it...because those are very low...but yes it might have 100% of what the RDA states...but will still have fillers...it's not 100% of the actual product...it just has that in it.

‘Phyto-Pharmaca” vitamins are all standardized formula" as an example.....and there are others, I just use these because they work and give results I wasn't getting with 'regular' vitamins.
