The article said about 40 people attended, an earlier story said they sold all 88 seats so who knows.

40 people getting the attention of the world, I could be wrong but I don`t think this could have happened 50 years ago because people were not that gullible.

Our parish in Oklahoma held a Holy Hour of prayer and meditation and music during the black mass, and I think that was the case for many other parishes across Oklahoma for the people who did not go to OKC. We had a good turn-out of parishoners for Holy Hour, too. Life is usually pretty quiet here in Oklahoma for Catholics; but sometimes a slap in the face can be a good way to wake up and realize that in some ways even here in a very conservative state, we are Catholics living out our faith in what is an alien culture. It all looks familiar, but it’s not. Anyway, all in all, I think Catholics got a lot more out of the black mass event than did anyone else.

Look like the Catholic Church brought out its weapons. Good for them! Here’s an additional article (which includes a video of part of the Satanic Mass); lots of pictures too... http://newsok.com/article/5344291
