I posted a link above which says that sixty two percent of the Catholic church's income comes from Gov't. I don't think that's true of the Baptists or Presbyterians for example.

Now, I don't now if this is accurate but it is a Catholic forum reporting it.

I'm curious, are you sure you are not confusing Catholic Charities with The Catholic Church? Because in my research the only place I see your 62% number relates to Catholic charities, which is not the same as saying The Catholic Church receives 62% of it's funding from the federal government, which I believe you would be very hard pressed to prove. Afterall we are talking about a worldwide religion with other countries having a higher number of Catholics than the U.S., not the democrat party.
