It is starting to feel like Groundhog Day in this country. In the past couple of years, some of the best and brightest students in America have boldly shared their stories of personal faith from the stage at their high school graduation. But instead of standing ovations, these young men and women have been met with shut off microphones, black markers, and threats of jail time.

Why? Because decades of threats and attacks have left schools cringing at the thought of student religious liberty.

SORRY, GRADUATE, YOU CAN’T TALK ABOUT GOD

I would like to see them ban the word “God” and then at a pre-arranged time, have someone sneeze and the whole student body say “GOD BLESS YOU” at once.

It can be so disheartening to see the very Freedoms that once ignited hope in the hearts of the Founding Fathers to create this Republic, being systematically crushed. But, then I am reminded that it is only through our struggles that great men and women rise up and find the greatness they never new was dormant inside them.
When our Nation was great and it Sovereigns prosperous,few had reason to find greatness within themselves through fighting a Goliath. The masses were to busy seeking selfish desires and ignoring that which caused them to stop and soberly think about a topic, let alone challenge it. But as more and more people awaken to the possible loss of what was taken for granted, Freedom! I am inspired to see the innovative ways this generation has come up with to awaken and inspire their fellow Sovereigns! I challenge those of you from my generation (born around 59) to view Youtube and see the powerful ways they are spreading truth. They are bypassing mainstream media and are becoming THE Giant our crooked Government officials wants to silence! Yes there is plenty of crap on the channel too, but I personally shut off my satellite two years ago and only watch what I choose to put into my brain and I haven't even come close to running out of really informative, well put together, documentary video topics to watch. I'm invigorated at finding out there are great young people out there using, what I assumed were useless gaming skill, to impart palpable fear into our Communist Leaders and give my generation hope for the future (if we last that long).
So,to end this entirely too long post, I say touche' to this next generation, for Yehovah works in mysterious ways! May He bless and keep you through our Savior Yeshua (Jesus) the Christ ><> mgbgun2

From further down in the article, it seems that she has already given the speech, presumably at a June graduation. The school’s censorship attempt didn’t work.
