You say you are a Catholic? Yet the examples you use of Catholic doctrines are either somewhat garbled or seriously misstated, showing a disturbing lack of understanding.

I think you would be freer of internal contradictions if you would either accurately learn and profess the actual Catholic doctrines, or leave the Catholic Church as a matter of honesty.

There's way too many people in the Catholic Church who in fact reject Catholic faith and morals.

I myself would not be a member of an organization whose beliefs and practices I did not accept.

What do you think?

Take the issue of compulsory clerical celibacy.

Pope Francis has recently gone on record stating:

1) The policy is a discipline not a dogma.
2) The policy was implemented many centuries after the founding of the Church.
3) Catholic priests in Eastern Europe and the Middle East are bound by the policy.
4) The policy is subject to change.

I TOTALLY AGREE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, that's true. And it's always been the case.

Since you totally agree, and I totally agree, and the Pope as well, I'd say we're all in line with Catholicism. Why do you say you "take issue" with this?
