I was pregnant with my third in under 2 and a half years, standing in line at our vet buying catfood. One of the assistants noticed my huge pregnant belly and said something like
‘I thought you just had a baby!’
I replied ‘yes, and now I’m having another one!’
She replied ‘How many is this now?’
‘Three’.
Her: ‘Wow, they’re close together, isn’t the oldest just 2 now?’
me: ‘not quite 2 and a half’.
Some women in line muttered loudly enough for everyone to hear ‘someone ought to take HER to the vet and have her fixed!...’
VERY uncomfortable silence after that.
Wow...

Lot's of people would have sent to the dentist to get caps for her front teeth they knocked down her throat....
